Established in 1956 by Late Guru M.L. Koser and Guru Dr. Shobha Koser, Pracheen Kala Kendra is one of the oldest, premier and prestigious organizations of the country dedicated to promotion, preservation and dissemination of Indian Classical arts. At present, the institution is well known for imparting quality education and training under ancient Guru-shishya parampara in the subjects of Indian Classical Music, Indian Classical Dances and Fine Arts and conducting examinations in the field of performing and visual arts for the last 70 years.

Dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich heritage of Hindustani and Carnatic music. It offers structured courses and examinations to help students master vocal and instrumental music while staying rooted in traditional practices.

Focusing on the diverse classical dance forms of India such as Kathak, Bharatanatyam, Odissi, and more, this department nurtures talent and promotes these art forms through practical training and certifications.

Dedicated to fostering creativity and artistic expression, the Fine Arts department focuses on various forms of visual arts, including painting, sculpture, and design.

Specialising in the Sikh musical tradition, emphasising the spiritual and devotional aspects of Gurmat Sangeet. It aims to preserve this unique heritage by training students in classical and traditional styles of rendering Gurbani.
