Pracheen Kala Kendra, supported by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, presents Uttarbanga Festival 2026, a celebration of Indian culture, heritage and harmony, featuring an enriching programme of Classical Music, Dance and Fine Arts.
The two-day festival will be held on 5th & 6th October 2026 at Dinabandhu Manch, Sachin Sarkar Sarani Road, Siliguri, West Bengal – 734001. The festival programmes will commence at 5:00 PM onwards on both days.
The inaugural ceremony on Monday, 5th October 2026 will be graced by Hon’ble Shri Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), who has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest and inaugurate the festival.
Uttarbanga Art Exhibition 2026
Adding to the cultural experience, Uttarbanga Art Exhibition 2026 will also be open to visitors on 5th & 6th October 2026 from 4:00 PM onwards at Ramkinkar Hall, Sachin Sarkar Sarani Road, Siliguri.
Visitors can explore the art exhibition before attending the main festival programme. Please note that the Art Exhibition will be held at Ramkinkar Hall, while the Uttarbanga Festival programme will take place in the Auditorium on the 1st Floor.
Entry to the festival is on a first-come, first-served basis.
