General Guidelines

• Registration through the official Google Form is mandatory. No certificate will be issued without registration before the below specified last date.
• The registration fee must be deposited through RTGS, IMPS and NEFT only in the provided bank account.

• No other modes of payment (cheque, draft, pay order, postal order, cash) will be accepted.
• The fee once submitted is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Participants must upload the fee receipt in the Google Form and are advised to retain it for future reference.
• Participants must upload a passport-size photograph in the Google Form. No certificates will be issued without it..
• Incomplete registrations will be treated as cancelled and such participants will not be allowed to attend or be eligible for certificates.
• The National Research Seminar will be held in Chandigarh. Participants are required to make their own arrangements for travel, lodging and boarding.
• All registered participants will receive a Seminar Kit, Participation Certificate & Lunch on both days of the seminar
• All important communications (including paper submission) will be handled through the official email: pkkseminar@gmail.com

Guidelines for Registration with Paper Submission

• Each author of a joint research paper must register separately and pay the registration fee individually to be eligible for a certificate and publication credit.
• Complete the Google Registration Form with accurate personal details.
• Pay the registration fee of ₹2000/- for offline presentation OR ₹1000/- for online presentation (for participants from far flung areas) in the above specified bank account.
• Submit a typed research paper (2500–3000 words) in Microsoft Word file format (DOC/.DOCX):
  • Font for Hindi: Kruti Dev 010 font, size 14
  • Font for English: Times New Roman font, size 12
  • Line spacing: Double spacing throughout
  • Should include References
• Papers not conforming to the format or submitted in PDF/handwritten form will not be accepted.
• Email the research paper to the official seminar email: pkkseminar@gmail.com
• All research papers submitted must be the original work of the author(s) and should not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
• All accepted papers will be Peer-Reviewed and published in a Book with ISBN, and the copy will be sent by post after publication to all paper presenters.

Guidelines for Registration without Paper Submission (Participation Only)

• Complete the Google Registration Form with accurate personal details.
• Pay the registration fee of ₹1000/- in the above specified bank account.
• No research paper submission is required.
• Participation is subject to complete and verified registration.
